​About the products ​

All artwork sold through this website has been created by Sophie de Ville de Goyet. The prints available for purchase are high-quality, professional fine art reproductions of original graphite drawings. Unless otherwise stated, all prints are sold unframed, hand-signed by the artist, and individually numbered. Frames, matting, and interior styling layouts shown in product photographs are for illustrative purposes only.

Due to differences in digital screen settings, display calibrations, and printing processes, slight variations in tone and contrast between the images shown online and the final physical artwork may occur. Very small variations in paper texture or print finish are a normal part of the fine art printing process and do not constitute defects. Any original artistic textures, graphite smudges, or graphite markings present from the creation of the original drawing are intentional characteristics of the artwork's design.

Limited Editions​​

Each artwork is released as a strict, highly limited edition of only 31 prints in total across all formats. Once an edition is opened, the physical prints are distributed strictly across the following size breakdown: 8 x 15x20cm prints, 8 x 20x30cm prints, 9 x 30x40cm prints, 4 x 40x60cm prints, and 2 x 60x80cm prints. Every individual piece is hand-signed and numbered by Sophie de Ville de Goyet. Once all 31 prints within a specific drawing's edition have been sold, the edition closes permanently and will never be reproduced or reprinted the same, unless stated otherwise.

An order is deemed confirmed only once full payment has been successfully received. Payments are securely processed through Wix Payments and its authorised third-party gateways. The artist never receives, handles, or stores your complete payment card information. We reserve the absolute right to cancel or refuse any order prior to shipment in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorised commercial resale, checkout pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances that make fulfilment impossible, upon which a full refund will be issued.

Payment​

Payments are securely processed through Wix Payments and its authorised third-party gateways. Accepted payment methods include major debit cards and credit cards. Payment must be cleared in full before custom production or printing begins (except for designated items purchased during an official pre-order period, if applicable). The artist never receives, handles, or stores your complete payment card information.

Production timeline​

During initial collection launches, (if stated) selected artworks may be offered as a pre-order. Outside of designated pre-order windows, all prints are made-to-order individually after a purchase is successfully processed. Production and physical fulfilment are carried out by a professional printing partner on the artist's behalf.

Shipping & Delivery

Confirmed orders are packaged and dispatched once a week, exclusively on Fridays. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination country, customs processing times, and the date the order was placed.

Customers are strictly responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address at the time of checkout. The artist cannot accept responsibility or liability for delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or total parcel losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the buyer.

Customs & Import charges​

Shipments sent outside the domestic shipping zone may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, local processing taxes, or carrier handling fees charged by the destination country.

All such customs clearings, import charges, and administrative fees are the sole financial responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the artwork purchase price or the checkout shipping costs, and cannot be refunded by the artist.

Returns & Exclusions (EU Right of Withdrawal Exemption)​

Because every single fine art print is produced individually after purchase according to the specifications selected by the customer, all sales are final. Pursuant to European Union consumer protection laws regarding goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, the standard statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. Returns, cancellations, or exchanges are not accepted for changes of mind, ordering the incorrect print size, personal aesthetic preference, or accidental purchases.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives significantly damaged during transport, contains a structural manufacturing defect, or if the incorrect artwork variant was sent, you must report the issue within seven consecutive days of delivery.

To file a claim, please contact sdevilledegoyet@gmail.com within this 7-day window and provide:

-Your official order number

-A clear description of the issue

-High-resolution photographs showing both the damage to the artwork and the condition of the external shipping packaging.

Each claim will be reviewed individually. Where a transit error or production defect is verified, a replacement print will be arranged at no additional cost to the customer. Damage caused by improper opening, handling, framing, or post-delivery accidents is completely excluded from this policy.

Intellectual Property & Copyright​

All artwork images, illustrations, photographs, text, logos, branding elements, and digital designs displayed on sdevilledegoyet.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sophie de Ville de Goyet and are protected by international copyright laws. Copyright automatically belongs to the artist from the exact moment of creation. The purchase of a fine art print grants the customer ownership of that specific physical piece of paper only. It does not transfer copyright, digital duplication rights, or commercial exploitation rights.

Changes to Terms​

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect operational or regulatory changes. The version published on this webpage at the exact time your purchase is completed will govern your order.​​​​​​
